Contracts

We can offer maintenance contracts with varying levels of input.

We like to offer our clients a “pay as you go“ service for their IT systems. We will then invoice you every month and specify details of the work carried out and the rate applicable. This means you are never tied down to a lengthy contract and if you don’t like the level of service that you are receiving then you have the opportunity to go elsewhere!  Of course we will do everything possible to ensure this is never the case; by always offering an arrangement that is best suited to your business needs, is flexible, and has a clear cost structure.

Our overall aim is to ensure that you have a totally reliable system operating with minimum down time and maximum efficency.

Our maintenance contracts can cover:

  • Telephone help and support
  • Emergency callouts
  • Preventative maintenance
  • Routine engineering visits
